Dany was fantastic. He was extremely knowledgeable, knew exactly what was wrong with our fridge, and had it back up and running the same day. Top notch service and quality. We will be using Central-Ark for all our appliance needs in the future.

We purchased a complete appliance package to furnish a new home we was building from Central Arkansas Appliance. When we went in we told them we was just looking around because we was still probably 2 or 3 months away from the house being complete. CAA offered to store our appliances free of charge until house was ready to insured we was able to get our appliances when needed them do to the shortage in everything they had everything in stock that day. we went with the Becko brand. we had never heard of it but we like the way they looked and seem to be very solid build and came with a 3yr factory warranty compared to 1 yr warranty on all other brands.. the cook stove takes me and my teenage son both to slide it away from wall. (stove weights almost 500 lbs. When house was complete i called and a said we was ready they had my appliances delivered and set the next day. the delivery crew got appliances installed quickly and cleaned up their mess before they left. if i every need anything in the future CAA with be my go to store.

We have used them on at least three occasions to either repair or diagnose the problem with appliances that wouldn’t work. Their response time was excellent, their service fee is standard for this area and, best of all, their service technicians are both friendly and know what they’re doing (I’m especially impressed with Zac). Each occasion we’ve used them, the technician carefully explained the problem. I trust this company and wouldn’t use anyone else in my area to work on appliances that break down.

Danny, Diana and their team at Central AR Appliances are the absolute best! We have trusted them with the purchase and installation of several appliances in the last few years and it’s always an experience beyond our expectations. When they were installing our range I mentioned that our washer needed repair after a recent move… Danny got us a loaner washer delivered the next day! This is the type of people they are. They go to great lengths to make sure their customers are taken care of!!!
